Kamado Grill
The Kamado Grill from Mi-Fires is the perfect family BBQ. The Kamado grill is made from a variety of materials including high fire ceramics, refractory materials, and stainless steel. The interior is a round clay pot with a removable domed clay lid, the outer surface is a high gloss ceramic glaze. In addition to the outer ceramic shell, a ceramic fire box inside the unit holds charcoal. With the top damper and bottom slide vent the heat can be controlled, using the built in thermometer, to cook such food as ribs, pizza, burgers, vegetables or sear steak.
